I made the whole thing in Adobe ImageReady. You have to have all those parts on various layers then you can create frames to animate it in the program. :)

hehe while I'm not a huge fan of anime myself, I don't go about whining about it all the time. People draw what they want to draw, so how can you fault them for that? As of late there have been too many dead horse topics complaining about the same things. And typically the original poster really has nothing good to say about the site so it's like, if you don't like the place, why stick around? :shrug:
